Summary

PDF Tools processes files strictly on your device. We do not upload or view your documents. This app uses Firebase for optional account identity and RevenueCat for purchases; those services receive the minimum account metadata required to operate (UID, email, display name, photo URL when you sign in).

What We Collect

Account info you provide when you sign in (display name, email, photoURL)
Purchase entitlement data (managed by RevenueCat)
Local history stored on your device (operation logs, file names) — kept only on your device unless you sign in

Files & Processing

All PDF operations run locally on your device. Your files are not uploaded to our servers.

Third-Party Services

Firebase (Authentication & Firestore)

Stores minimal profile & premium flag when you sign in.

RevenueCat

Manages in‑app purchase entitlements.

Google AdMob

Displays ads and may collect device identifiers for ad delivery.

Security

We follow standard best practices to protect your data. If you sign in, profile and premium status are stored in Firestore under your account. Files and generated PDFs remain on your device unless you explicitly share them.

Your Rights

You can sign out to stop syncing profile data, or request account/data deletion by contacting support.
